Meet Dr. Yannam Pediatric Dentist – Little Champs Kids Dental

Dr. Yannam brings over two decades of experience in dentistry, with more than 15 years devoted exclusively to pediatric dental care. Her journey reflects a deep commitment to creating positive, accessible, and safe dental experiences for all children—especially those with special healthcare needs.

Dr. Yannam earned her Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from Gitam Dental College, followed by a Master’s in Pediatric and Preventive Dentistry (MDS) from Meenakshi Ammal Dental College from India. Furthering her expertise, she completed an MSD in Pediatric Dentistry at the University of Louisville School of Dental Medicine. She also holds a prestigious Fellowship in Restorative Dentistry from Case Western Reserve University.

Board-certified by the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry in 2023, Dr. Yannam brings a high level of clinical excellence and advanced training to every patient interaction. Her practice is particularly focused on caring for children with special needs and providing sedation dentistry options to ensure safe, calm, and comfortable visits—tailored to each child’s individual needs.

At Little Champs Kids Dental, Dr. Yannam’s mission is to make dental care approachable, educational, and even fun. Her work is grounded in the latest pediatric dental technologies and techniques, and she stays actively involved in professional development. Her scholarly contributions, including research on molar-incisor hypo mineralization, have been featured at the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry.

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Yannam is a proud mother of two, enjoys traveling with her family, and loves exploring seafood cuisine.
